The Bride & Groom – Online Sales Policy

 

The Bride & Groom is a full-service specialty retailer with a brick-and-mortar location where customers shop daily. When you place an order on our website, we treat you with the same care and attention that we extend to our in-store customers.

While we may not have the opportunity to meet you in person, please rest assured that as an online customer:

  • We will do everything possible to ensure your order is processed promptly and that your shipment arrives as expected.

  • We will confirm key order details, including that your item will arrive in time for your wear date and that the size you selected aligns with the designer’s official measurements.

  • If we ship the incorrect style, color, or size, we will issue a full return and store credit.

  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, your item cannot be shipped in time for your wear date, we will notify you promptly and issue a full store credit.

Please note: All online sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than the ones listed above (e.g., incorrect item shipped or shipping delay on our part). Please ensure you have selected the correct style, size, and color before placing your order.

 

Our passion for exceptional service means we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. However, due to the nature of formalwear and our agreements with designers, we are unable to accommodate returns beyond the specific exceptions noted above.

 

The prices displayed on our website reflect the Designer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The designers we represent do not allow their collections to be advertised or sold below MSRP. If you see a lower price for the same style elsewhere, it is likely a counterfeit or unauthorized replica of inferior quality.

 

Pricing in our physical store may differ from online pricing. We offer online ordering as a convenient option for customers who may not be able to visit us in person. However, online purchases do not reflect the personalized time and service provided during an in-store appointment.

 

We make every effort to ensure that website pricing is accurate and current. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly due to a pricing error or an unannounced designer update, we will contact you before processing your payment. You will then have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. We cannot honor prices that are listed incorrectly, in accordance with our designer agreements.
